# View credit usage

> See remaining credits, reset dates, tool outcomes, and usage history.

Open **Dashboard** to see the account's Usage overview.

## Balance

**Credits remaining** combines active subscription, purchased, and
administrator-granted balances. The current-cycle view uses the subscription's
configured credit-cycle dates, which can differ from the billing interval.

## Outcomes and success rate

Completed and `No match` calls count as successful technical executions. Failed
calls reduce the success rate. Rejected and pending calls are not included in
that calculation.

## Tool performance

The dashboard groups calls by tool and shows call count, success rate, and
credits. Recent activity shows individual outcomes and durations.

## Export

Select **Export report** to download the recent calls in the selected period as
a CSV file.

  Plan names, allowance amounts, and reset dates are account configuration. Use
  the values shown in your dashboard as the source of truth.
