# Company Search API

> Search the company directory by name or keyword.

## Search companies

GET https://api.superdata.so/v1/company/search
```

Search indexed companies by a name or keyword. This endpoint does not apply industry, revenue, technology, or location filters. Use a Bearer key with `companies:read` or `mcp:use` scope. A completed request consumes one credit.

The response has `request_id`, provider `data`, and `meta.credits_used`. Use `offset + page_size` to request the next slice; this endpoint does not promise a total count or `has_more` flag.
