Credits remaining combines active subscription, purchased, and administrator-granted balances. The current-cycle view uses the subscription’s configured credit-cycle dates, which can differ from the billing interval.Outcomes and success rate
Completed andNo match calls count as successful technical executions. Failed
calls reduce the success rate. Rejected and pending calls are not included in
that calculation.
Tool performance
The dashboard groups calls by tool and shows call count, success rate, and credits. Recent activity shows individual outcomes and durations.Export
Select Export report to download the recent calls in the selected period as a CSV file.Plan names, allowance amounts, and reset dates are account configuration. Use
the values shown in your dashboard as the source of truth.
