  • The tool name
  • Approximate request time and timezone
  • The public error code
  • A short description of the expected result
Do not include:
  • API keys or OAuth tokens
  • Passwords or browser cookies
  • Full private provider responses
  • Sensitive personal data that is unrelated to the problem
For privacy or data-removal requests, clearly state the request type in the email subject.
